1. I am a First time user, how do I log in?
To log in:
Go to iLearn
Login in with your TechM LanId and Password.
Go to Quick Links >> Book/Take exam.
Click ‘Exam’ to access the Quest Examination portal.
Book a test by selecting a subject from the drop down list.
2. How can I Book an Exam?
To Book an Exam:
Select a subject from drop down list.
Click Proceed. You will be linked to the booking page.
Select a desired Location (e.g. Pune).
Select the Building (e.g. Annex).
Select the Date by clicking a date on the calendar.
i. If a message box says that this facility is not available for this day, it means only selected days are available to give this Exam.
ii. Click the View Location Details link to view the days for which the facility is available.
A drop down list for time slot appears.
Select a time slot and click ‘Book’. You will be asked to make sure the details are correct. If you want to change any of the details, click ‘No’.
If the details are correct, proceed by clicking ‘Yes’.You will be asked to verify your manager details. If the details are correct, proceed by clicking ‘No’.
If details are wrong, click ‘Yes’.
Enter the manager name and manager mail to whom you want to send your scores. Click ‘OK’.
A message box will appear showing your ExamId.
You will get the confirmation mail containing your exam details. Your test has been Booked.
3. Where can I find details about the exam that I have booked / taken?
Booked exams can be viewed through Quick links >> Book/Take exam link. The link ‘Click here to View / Cancel scheduled exams’ will show the scheduled exams.
4. How can I cancel my Exam?
To cancel an exam:
Click ‘View/Cancel Scheduled Exams’ and ‘View Exams History / Scores’.
Only pending tests can be cancelled (i.e. tests which have not been taken).
5. How can I re-schedule my Exam?
There is no direct way to re-schedule exams. You may Cancel your previously booked exam (check How to Cancel the Exam?), and Book the exam again according to the preferred date.
Note: You can re-schedule / cancel an Exam only until day prior to the test date.
6. Can I book an exam at a location different than my base location?
Yes. You can select an available location from the location list.
7. Can I take this exam from onshore?
Yes. The steps to be followed if you are in Milton Keynes:
Select Location as ‘Onshore’.
Select Building as ‘Milton Kyenes’.
Select the approximate time slot in which you would be taking the test (time slots refer to Local Time not IST).
Steps to be followed if you are at any other location onshore:
We would need some senior colleague to invigilate so as to ensure formality / sanctity of the exam.
Hence, you need to ensure that the exams can be taken in presence of GL (Group leaders) or respective managers by marking their approval in CC.

8. Can I take exams from my own desk?
Some exams are allowed to be taken from desk. These are typically high volume awareness exams. For all other exams, you need to come to one of the training rooms in the company Premises. If the exam you are booking is an on-desk exam, the system will automatically take you to the exam screens. If it is a classroom exam, system will automatically take you to the booking menu.
