IBU Internal Trainings

IBU Internal trainings are those that are conducted by the IBU’s own trainers and attended by associates within that particular IBU (The term IBU is used to denote any IBU / CDG / Function). These are trainings imparted on:

 

  1. Specific products / tools used internally by the IBU

  2. Local procedures for the IBU

  3. Customer specific applications / systems

  4. Business functionalities used in the IBU

  5. IBU / Project specific induction

  6. Trainings conducted / facilitated by customers for TechM associates

 

It should be noted that Knowledge sharing discussions, hand holding on-the-job and grooming / mentoring efforts will not be considered as IBU / Project Internal trainings.

 

A guideline document is available on the business Management system to explain the process of getting such trainings regularized.
