This view shows the mandatory courses/examinations that an associate has to complete before the set deadline. Associates are expected to complete these in alignment with the organization's expectations. Certain mandates may be mandatory for all associates while some may be mandated for associates working in specific engagement.
Associates may also be required to take different trainings/exams grade wise. Based on the department, grade and role, the system auto-allocates such mandates to associates along with the target dates of completion. A Line Manager can also allocate additional mandates to team members. If an associate’s grade or department changes then associated changes in mandates (if any) are automatically done in the system.
Once the associate completes the examination, the mandate gets completed in the system. If any mandate set by line manager is no more required, the line manager can waive it off in the system. Organization/Department/Role based mandates cannot be waived off.
