1. The Exam window closes automatically while writing the exam. I am not able to proceed.
You need to disable the Popup blockers.
2. I am facing error while submitting the exam.
Please raise a call on helpdesk with following details: Employee ID, Exam ID, subject, Date of exam.
3. How long does the test remain active if one has to stop midway?
The test remains active till you hit the submit button. However, since it is a timed examination, you must close the window and exit the application if you have to stop the exam midway.
4. How do I get the password of an on-desk exam?
When you book an on-desk test, you get the password at the time of booking the test. However if you do not submit the test and resume later, the password can be fetched from Quick links >> Learning platform link. Search for the exam. Once fetched, Click on ‘Register’ button and then click on ‘Start’ button to get the password.
