The iLearn is a single window view to the associates for all training functions within TechMahindra. The portal is organized to provide:

1. Various functionalities for associates to view all Training related activities and completion status of Training KRA.
2. Functionality for managers to manage team's training progress. It has different functionalities for different managerial roles like Line manager, Project manager, Senior project manager, GH/IBU head and training cabinet.
3. To provide training calendar view to all associates and reports to various stakeholders.
4. To introduce associates to various other services like Higher Education, capabilities of training department in external billable activities and availing external certification examinations from TechMahindra premises.
