How to Procure a Voucher ?
IDEmployee has to submit the filled VR form(before 7 working days from the day of exam) for procuring the voucher to the location TCA .
If the voucher is available in Stock, Learning Team shall inform the employee about the voucher price. The employee shall pay a demand draft/IDU head’s approval of the amount and fill up a voucher requisition form. |
VR form and DD has to be submitted to the location TCA before seven working days from the day of exam .This form is available on the site itself. Click here to Download. |
If the voucher is not available in stock, Learning Team will inform the employee of the tentative voucher price in rupees and tentative voucher issue date .If the voucher cost is in foreign currency, the rupee equivalent cost will be derived by using a “tentative” conversion rate supplied by Finance. In case there is difference between actual cost and tentative cost of the voucher:
If the actual cost is more than the tentative cost, the difference amount has to be paid in the form of DD to the TCA before the day of exam.
If the tentative cost is more than the actual cost, the employee can reimburse the difference amount through EBS F with the approval from TCA and the manager. |
The reason for supplying a tentative rate is that currency rates keep on fluctuating and the exact conversion rate on the date of making payment by TechM to M/s Prometric/PearsonVUE is not known at the time of placing the voucher request. |
